Ogi Radivojevic is an artist with many talents. Plays piano since he was 5 years old. He studied conducting at Belgrade Music Academy. He was piano teacher, jazz department, at STANKOVIC Music High school.
He has been played various instruments at rock bands, jazz clubs and as studio musician since he was 13 years old. In his illustrious carrier he played Europe wide, alongside many jazz artists, such as Dusko Gojkovic, Stjepko Gut, Clark Terry…
Also, he played in ”Big Band”, Serbian National Television’s jazz orchestra from 1992 to 1997. For the last two years with them, ’96 and ’97, he was Big Band’s conductor and producer.
As a producer, he had songs on all mayor Serbia Music festivals from 1991 to 1997, most of them were awarded. Many times he has been recognized as a ” Producer of the Year”.
Ognjan Radivojevic became a word wide known artist playing alongside Goran Bregovic from 1992. to 2004.
As a conductor, producer, singer, orchestrate, art director and percussionist, Ognjan Radivojevic, with his authentic appearance and charisma, was trade mark of Goran Bregovic’s music at over 600 concerts world wide.
He assisted Goran Bregovic in writing music for more then ten foreign movies, and worked on albums of Iggy Pop (USA), Ofra Haza (Israel), Yorgos Dalaras (Greece), Sezen Aksu (Turkey), Kayah (Poland), Krisztof Krawcyk (Poland), Cezaria Evora (Capo Verde).
He was Zdravko Colic’s band leader in tour 2004.-2005., and he performs solo on every concert.
At SCG Euro Song contest 2005. he performed a song titled ”Hajde cico”, which he wrote, composed and arranged. It became a great hit and for next eight months it was top five in all domestic charts.
